Today’s episode focuses on how you can build consistency in the results you create with your clients. In other words, how can you create a place where every client you serve gets the results they came to you for.

What if every client that came to you got the exact results they wanted? It could uplevel your confidence…and build self-belief as we talked about on day 1.
When we start out, often our own results are a catalyst for the passion that inspires us to coach. The true ability to coach is to take those results and be able to repeat them. To create consistency for clients.
Or if you are a “content expert” the same applies– The true ability to coach is to take those results and be able to repeat them.
What I mean about this episode is that your customers will NOT have the exact same results. They are unique butterflies and their goals are different. I am talking about being able to guarantee results in general so each client walks away applauding your coaching.
A few things to know about clients and results:
- Be sure your client is ideal–vet out red flags that may tell you they aren’t ready to do the work
- Your clients create their results: we can’t do the work for them, but we can unblock things for them and create accountability.
To help you create consistency for your clients, remember these crucial things:
- You need to understand the client’s journey from point A→ D
- Develop your framework- write down the steps to your process. Guide them through it
- Be flexible- meet them where they are at
- Set specific goals with them with measurable outcomes
- Create check-points for them- this can be verbally or through a form
