How To 3X Your Profit in 2025 (A behind the scenes look)
Are you ready to take your coaching business to the next level in 2025? I’m sharing my proven strategy for achieving 3X growth, and I’m spilling all the secrets to help you achieve massive success.
Step 1: Know Your Numbers
Before you can move forward, you need to understand where you’ve been. Analyze your revenue, client acquisition channels, and program performance.
I like to take a deep dive into my business metrics around October each year. I look at how many clients I’ve served in each program, how much revenue I’ve generated from different offerings, and how those clients found me. This helps me identify what’s working well and where I can improve.
For example, this year, I noticed that my weekly webinars, which I promote through a mix of organic and paid traffic, have been a critical growth factor.
I also saw that my Framework Builder Lab has an incredibly high conversion rate into my signature program, the Best Damn Coach (BDC). This tells me that my trust-building offer (the FBL) is effectively warming up potential clients and making them eager to learn more from me.
Step 2: Identify Your Strengths
What are you naturally good at? What do you enjoy doing? Focus on your strengths and delegate or outsource the rest.
One of my biggest strengths is teaching and coaching in a group setting. I thrive off the energy of the group and love seeing those “aha” moments happen in real-time. I also excel at creating high-quality content and delivering it in a way that’s engaging and easy to understand.
Knowing your strengths is crucial because it allows you to focus your energy on the areas where you can make the biggest impact. If you’re not sure what your strengths are, ask yourself:
- What do I enjoy doing most in my business?
- What do people compliment me on?
- What comes easily to me?
- What do I feel most confident doing?
Once you have a good understanding of your strengths, you can start to build a business that leverages them.
Step 3: Double Down
Once you know your strengths, it’s time to double down. If webinars are your jam, host more of them. If networking events light you up, attend more.
For me, doubling down means increasing my live webinars and creating an automated evergreen webinar funnel for my new offer. I’m also going to continue focusing on creating high-quality content for my BDC program and nurturing my existing clients.
The key here is to focus on the strategies that are already working for you and find ways to amplify them. Don’t be afraid to experiment and try new things, but always make sure you’re putting most of your energy into the activities that generate the best results.
Step 4: Create a Theme
Choose a theme or goal that will guide your decisions throughout the year. This will help you stay focused and avoid distractions.
My theme for 2025 is “Operation AOV,” which stands for Average Order Value. I’m focused on increasing the revenue I generate from each client by offering additional services and support. This means creating more opportunities for my clients to invest in themselves and deepen their experience with me.
Having a theme helps me stay focused on my goals and make decisions that are in alignment with my overall vision. It also helps me avoid getting sidetracked by shiny objects or opportunities that don’t support my long-term growth.
Step 5: Hold Yourself Accountable
Accountability is key to achieving your goals. Share your theme with your team and ask them to help you stay on track.
I’ve shared my theme with my team and asked them to help me stay accountable. I’ve also created a detailed plan with specific action steps and deadlines. And I’m constantly measuring my progress to make sure I’m on track.

Track your progress throughout the year and make adjustments as needed. This will help you ensure you’re on the right path to achieving your goals.
The Biggest Mistake I Made
I waited way too long to fully embrace my role as CEO of my business. I used to think that I needed to have it all figured out before I could call myself a CEO. But the truth is, no one ever has it all figured out. The most important thing is to step into that leadership role and start making decisions like a boss.
