Here are 3 tangible action steps you can take with your clients to help them 2X their results.
1. Reflecting on Goals
As the year wraps up, it’s time to look back at the goals your clients set. Are they still on track, or have things changed? Start a conversation with them and make sure you’re on the same page.
2. Celebrate Progress
Take a moment to celebrate what your clients have achieved so far. Whether big or small wins, recognizing their progress boosts morale. You can do this in a one-on-one session or even in a group setting – just create that celebratory vibe!
3. Setting New Goals
Now that you’ve checked in and celebrated, it’s time to set new goals. Brainstorm with your clients and help them narrow down what they really want to achieve. Make it specific – not just “lose weight” but maybe “run a mile without feeling tired in three months.”
Wrapping It Up
Lastly, consider talking to your clients about renewing your coaching relationship. Plant the seed early and let them know you’re there for the long haul. It’s not just about ending a contract; it’s about continuing the journey together.
Remember, you can’t guide your clients if you’re not doing the work yourself. So, jump into the process, set your goals, and let’s make 2024 a year of success together!
