How To Balance The Masculine and Feminine Energy In Your Work with Allison Mayah Rose Rogers

balance feminine and masculine energy in your work

Let me share with you the incredible insights I gained during a conversation with Mayah Rose, a spiritual guide and mentor on this week’s episode of the show.

Life can get pretty hectic, and sometimes, we forget to take a step back and truly connect with ourselves. But there’s a beautiful journey to self-discovery and fulfillment waiting for us if we just pause and listen.

Discovering Self-Love

Mayah reminds us that we must learn to love all aspects of ourselves, even the ones we might not be too proud of. Embracing both our light and shadow sides allows us to become whole and complete. It’s a two-step process – first, observe and notice, and second, love and accept whatever we’re experiencing.

The Power of Divine Archetypes

Here’s the exciting part – we all have four unique archetypes within us. Two of them are feminine energies, the Healer and the Temptress, while the other two are masculine energies, the Warrior and the Queen. Each of these archetypes plays a vital role in our lives, and understanding them is key to achieving balance and fulfillment.

  1. The Healer:

The Healer is all about intuition, love, and patience. For me, it’s like stepping into my “Mother” energy, where I unconditionally love and nurture my kids. When we take care of ourselves during menstruation, we experience a deeper connection, intuition, and unconditional love. Ignoring the Healer can lead to judgment and burnout.

  2. The Warrior:

This archetype represents the masculine energy that helps us get things done and achieve results. When balanced with the other archetypes, it empowers us to set boundaries and focus on our goals. But too much focus on the Warrior can lead to burnout and disconnection.

  3. The Temptress:

Now, this is the energy of playfulness, joy, and living in the present moment. When we connect with the Temptress, life becomes more vibrant, and we can truly enjoy the simple pleasures. Neglecting this energy might result in feelings of depression and disconnection.

  4. The Queen:

Lastly, the Queen represents the masculine energy of the big picture and long-term vision. When I embrace my Queen, I confidently delegate tasks, build support systems, and create a fulfilling life. However, ignoring the Queen can make me feel overwhelmed and stuck.

Embrace Your Divine Self

Finding harmony among these archetypes is the secret to unlocking the full potential of your Divine Self. When we cultivate a balanced relationship with each energy, life flows with ease, abundance, and fun. Our intuition grows stronger, and we connect with the super-conscious, leading us to our true purpose and path.

The Power of Stillness

Taking time to slow down, meditate, or be still is incredibly valuable. It allows us to receive divine guidance and solutions from the superconscious. Before entering this state, ask yourself powerful and positive questions, and let your subconscious mind search for the answers, bringing you clarity and purpose.

Embracing It All

Embracing your Divine Self is a transformative journey toward a fulfilling and joyful life. Discover the power of your inner archetypes, and create a harmonious balance in your life. Slow down, connect with your intuition, and embrace the magic of the superconscious. Begin your journey today, and watch your life unfold in ways you never imagined!
